AS a supporter of NRECA’s Co-ops Vote campaign, Sunflower pledged to inform our Members and employees to register to vote in the primary and general elections. Efforts included educating individuals on how to register and providing election information on social media and website platforms. Sunflower also hosted a successful political event in July, where local politicians spoke with employees and encouraged voter turnout. Because of these efforts, Sunflower was awarded the 5 Star Co-op Award.
